payment options:
we accept mastercard, visa and american express. we are sorry but we can not accept cash, checks or C.O.D. shipping: we try to be jack rabbit quick and fulfill orders within three to five days. we have several methods of shipping. specifically, we ship via fedex across the united states and to canada. international orders can be accommodated upon request. we are sorry but we are unable to ship to p.o. boxes. we do have to charge ohio residents 7.5% sale tax (it will be added upon checkout).
* calculated before tax, shipping and special discounts return policy: we hope that you will be tickled pink about your purchase. however, if you should need to return an item you may do so within 14 days of receipt by emailing us at info@fuss-frocks.com. we will issue a "return authorization" number (RA#) and require that the merchandise be returned within 14 days of issuance of the RA#. we recommend that send your items insured. apologies, but shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. refunds for gifts can only be given to the original payer. fuss frocks, llc reserves the right to return to the customer any merchandise without a valid RA# or with visible usage. privacy: your personal information will never be shared or sold to anyone. we will keep it safe. no bones about it. |
